Bring waterproof jacket, sturdy walking shoes (bogland can be boggy!), and water. Most paths are well-maintained boardwalks or gravel tracks, but some sections are softer underfoot. We don't recommend heels or trainers—proper walking boots make a real difference. Weather changes fast here, so layers are essential.
